TopGems, the ◆ TOPGEMS logotype, and the marks derived from them — whether displayed on topgems.com, in our product packaging, on invoices, or in email templates — are trademarks of K&H Gems DMCC.

Third-party trademarks referenced on the site (GIA, IGI, GRS, SSEF, Gübelin, AGL, HRD, GCAL, Stripe, PayPal, DHL, Malca-Amit, Kimberley Process) belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively to identify the services, certifications, or partnerships they relate to — no endorsement or affiliation is implied beyond what is expressly stated.

All text, photography, video, 360-degree spins, illustrations, page layouts, and the overall compilation of topgems.com are © K&H Gems DMCC unless otherwise credited inline (for example, third-party product imagery from Nivoda or photographs in blog articles credited to their authors).

You may: view our content in a browser, cache it as part of normal browser operation, share URLs and excerpts of reasonable length under fair use / fair dealing, and print individual pages for personal reference.

You may not: scrape content for AI training datasets, republish articles or photographs commercially, use our product imagery to list stones on competing marketplaces, or incorporate site material into a derivative service that competes with ours. Commercial licence enquiries: ip@topgems.com.

Every product listing photograph is original, captured in-house on the stone actually on offer. We licence these images only for the duration of the stone's listing on topgems.com — after sale, the image stays with the sold-stone archive but is not released for wider re-use without separate agreement.

If you buy a stone from us and want original-resolution imagery for use in your own listing, wedding page, or insurance appraisal — just ask. For buyers we provide high-resolution originals free, with unlimited personal-use licence.

When you submit a testimonial, an Instagram tag, a product photo, or any other content to us (whether through the site, email, WhatsApp, or social media), you grant K&H Gems DMCC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable licence to use that content for marketing and communications related to TopGems. You can revoke this licence at any time by emailing ip@topgems.com — we'll remove the content within 30 days.

You must own or have rights to everything you submit. We never commission AI-generated content submitted as if it were real gemmological photography.

If you believe content on topgems.com infringes your copyright or trademark, send a written notice to ip@topgems.com (or by post to K&H Gems DMCC, IP Notice, Almas Tower, DMCC Free Zone, Dubai, UAE) with:

1. Identification of the allegedly infringing material (URL);

2. Identification of the work you claim is infringed, plus proof of ownership;

3. Your contact details (name, address, email, phone);

4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised, and that the notice is accurate and submitted under penalty of perjury.

We respond within 10 business days. Materially non-compliant notices get a deficiency reply; valid claims result in prompt removal pending counter-notice from the uploader.
